Tony Malveaux, commonly known across the community as Mal, is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Rhodin Advisors LLC, bringing more than two decades of distinguished experience in security operations, intelligence analysis, executive protection, investigations, and risk management across federal, military, and private-sector environments. Widely respected for his steady leadership, operational precision, and unwavering commitment to public and private community safety. Mal built Rhodin Advisors LLC with a driven focus on preparedness, protection, integrity, and support to mission-critical operations.
Mal’s career includes high-impact senior level roles supporting the Department of War, Naval Intelligence Activity, Department of State Diplomatic Security Command Center, and the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency. His leadership spans crisis management, insider threat mitigation, global threat monitoring, protective operations, and the development of advanced security programs for complex organizations. He has directed multi-disciplinary intelligence teams, supervised high-risk law enforcement operations, and provided direct protective support for government leaders, high-net-worth individuals, and sensitive national-security environments.

Known for her ability to interpret complex regulations, resolve high-impact staffing and organizational challenges, and lead diverse teams through mission-critical requirements, she brings unmatched expertise in developing mission strategy, workforce shaping, classification, and long-range human capital planning. Carolyn’s leadership is defined by strategic foresight, operational precision, and a commitment to excellence.
